There are hundreds of glass pieces and each piece of stained glass is cut out by hand.
The border edge of each glass piece is then hand wrapped in copper foil.
All glass pieces are then assembled together into a lovely pattern much like a puzzle.
All joints inside and out are then artfully secured together by hand with a lovely raised bead of solder.
The soldered joints are then treated with an aged patina. Dale Tiffany Wisteria lamp is very heavy and substantial, much more so than any typical lamp.
