This 18" wide Tiffany dragonfly shade has 23 glass pieces that are broken or cracked and a large section around the top cap is broken off. The heat vent cap is completely loose from the glass. Customer wants all the broken and displaced pieces repaired and replaced as well as the top section and cap. A number of glass pieces are cracked but secure and customer decided to leave these alone.
