Base: Authentic vintage lamp base is USA American made circa mid century crafted of one piece cast iron. It is beautifully restored, hand painted bronze with gold brushed accents and subtle ash patina.

Dragonfly lamp shade is completely hand crafted using the classic copper foil technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany over 100 years ago.
There are hundreds of glass pieces and each piece of stained glass is cut out by hand.
The border edge of each glass piece is then hand wrapped in copper foil.
All the glass pieces are then assembled together into a lovely pattern much like a puzzle.
All joints inside and out are then artfully secured together by hand with a lovely raised bead of solder.
The soldered joints are then treated with an aged patina.
