Re-attach 2 bottom rings with new binding tape trims.
Glue heavy white paper board patch backings on the inside of the shade to reinforce weak shade structure and to allow leveling the deep cracks.
Touch up hand paint the exterior shade cracks as the tortoise shell coloring is missing.
Touch up hand paint the entire shade exterior.
