Limited edition Tiffany lamp features a lovely combination of richly colored stained glass highly decorated with sparkling glass jewel cabochons. Unique lamp of fine quality stained glass shade is handcrafted in the Arts Crafts copper foil style. Heavy square lamp base has beautiful embossed decorations, crafted of one piece cast iron with lovely dark antique bronze finish. Limited edition only one (1) available. Beautiful stained glass lamp shade is completely hand crafted using the classic copper foil technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany over 100 years ago.
Hundreds of glass pieces are each cut out by hand.
The border edge of each glass piece is then hand wrapped in copper foil.
All the glass pieces are then assembled together into a lovely pattern much like a puzzle.
All joints inside and out are then artfully secured together by hand with a lovely raised bead of solder.
