How Tiffany Lamps are Made:

1. Each piece of stained glass is cut out by hand.
2. The border of each glass piece is then framed by hand wrapping in copper foil.
3. All the glass pieces are then assembled together into a lovely pattern much like a puzzle.
4. All joints inside and outside the lampshade are then soldered together.
5. Each joint is then carefully raised to create an artful bronze bead.
6. Soldered joints are then aged by patina treatments to match the lamp base.
7. Heavy cast iron lamp bases provide stability with beautiful rich bronze finishes.
