A customer service order takes precedence over any other activity that we perform. Customer service duties are performed immediately without delay whenever possible. This simple procedure has been at the core of our business philosophy from the very beginning in 1975. We will always strive towards our goal of offering the very best customer service in the lighting industry.

We promise and we guarantee damage free shipping for all products. We have in depth experience in shipping very fragile lighting since 1975 including valuable authentic antique Tiffany lamps worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our ULTRA PACK excedes all industry standards and no part of the product comes close to the carton wall. Certain products are double ultra packed with a carton suspended inside of another carton. In the unlikely event of damage, simply notify us and we handle all details with top priority without fuss and hassle free at no cost to you. We never place our customer in a postion of having to file damage claims. We take care of everything including shipping a replacement at no cost to our customer.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, not afterwards.
  • Free returns for damages, errors and defectives.
  • Returns for other reasons may incur up to 20% restock fee.
  • Call Jeremiah 704-732-8001 for a return authorization (RA#) and simple directions.
  • Returns must be in original new condition and packing.
  • Shade recover charge is $10 each.
  • Custom items are not returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
