2. Returns must be received within 30 days of shipping.
3. Returns must be in original undamaged condition.
4. Refunds are issued upon receipt less packing and shipping cost.
5. Custom orders are not returnable.
6. Return of free shipping item is refunded less packing/shipping cost.
