30 Day Return Policy - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed !

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days of receipt. Conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return. Complete details of our return policy are listed below. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
We promise damage free shipping . We have been shipping very fragile and expensive lighting since 1979 including authentic Tiffany lamps. In case of damage, notify us and we handle all details immediately hassle free without any cost to you.

FITTING HELP:
We realize the challenge in selecting the correct size lamp shade or lighting fixture. Our professional lighting representatives have many decades of experience with practically any fitting situation imaginable. To avoid returns due to "wrong size", call us during business hours (9-5 M-F) at 704-732-8001 for fast, friendly and professional fitting help.

E-Z RETURNS - NO REASON NECESSARY

  • Returns must be made with a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Call customer service at 704-732-8001 to get an RA# and directions on how to return
  • Returns made without an RA# will not be accepted
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt
  • Returns must be in original new condition and original packing. Shade recover charge is $10 each
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs except for damages and defects
  • Custom items are not returnable
  • Items listed on our SALE page (Overstocked and Special Purchases) are not returnable
  • International order sales are final except for Canada and military addresses
  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt
