E-Z RETURNS - No Reason Necessary:

Avoid Returns - Our free lamp shade fitting is guaranteed to fit !

  1. Contact us for a return authorization #.
  2. Returns must be received within 30 days of shipping.
  3. Returns must be in original undamaged condition.
  4. Refunds are issued upon receipt less packing and shipping cost.
  5. Custom orders are not returnable.
  6. Returns of free shipping items are refunded less packing and shipping cost.

TIFFANY & SLAG LAMP REPAIR/RESTORATION like this is routine.
This is time consuming old world craftsmanship performed by our senior artisans.
Repairs are shipped to us from all over the hemisphere.
Production backlog is 5 months.
TIFFANY REPAIR EXPLAINED:
Badly broken glass must be completely removed from the shade and replaced.
Cracked glass that is secure can either be replaced or glued, your choice.
Glued cracks are very stable but visible. Glue is visible on the back side of the shade.
After removing badly broken glass, each empty glass section is sanded, cleaned and re-framed in copper foil.
A paper template is created for each broken glass piece.
New glass pieces are cut out by hand using the paper templates.
Each glass piece is then securely hand framed in copper foil.
Each glass piece is then soldered back into the original shade framework.
Solder work is vintage patina aged.
Estimate to replace badly broken glass pieces @ $100 each-POSSIBLE QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Estimate to glue cracked secure pieces for stability @ $5 each.
Displaced glass and splits require inspection as they are impossible to fairly estimate from a photo.
Estimates are subject to inspection.

Our ULTRA PACK system exceeds all industry shipping standards. Certain products are double ULTRA PACKED with one carton suspended inside another carton. In the unlikely event of damage, simply notify us and we handle everything FREE, no fuss, no hassle at no cost to our customer.
