Dale Tiffany Shade Repair

We received this damaged and Tiffany shade.
It arrived in an oblong shape with two sides flattened and curled inward.
There are broken glass pieces and many displaced pieces.
There are also numerous splits where the shade is coming apart.
Some pieces of glass are broken badly and unstable and need replacing.
10-12 glass pieces have cracks that are tight and stable.
